You will facilitate the Haematopoietic Cellular Therapy and Transplant Quality Programme (HSCTP) to ensure accurate and complete health related information. Your job duties include:

• Data collection and cleaning of data in accordance with accreditation quality standards

• Implement new/ revised procedures and guidelines

• Perform data quality assurance reviews

• Oversee data management process

• Provide regular reports to Programme Director

• Assist in development of database and ensure data are updated

• Ensure all data accreditation and standards forms are completed and maintained in Registry
