Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the production workshop team, establish the organizational structure, and implement the workshop performance assessment system.
• Possess strong cross-departmental resource coordination and communication skills, both internally and externally, to resolve various issues in workshop operations.
• Familiar with various equipment and facilities in the workshop, able to allocate and use them reasonably, ensuring normal project operation.
• Ensure the implementation of company quality, safety, and compliance requirements in the workshop; adept at handling sudden customer or government inspections and audits.
• Have a strong cost awareness, responsible for budgeting and cost control in the workshop.
• Manage workshop project production efficiency, improve production batches and batch production efficiency according to production progress and actual conditions.

Competencies:

• More than 10 years of CDMO production experience.
• Management Skills: Familiar with the work responsibilities of various functional groups in the workshop, capable of arranging work for each functional group appropriately; have the ability to handle sudden project issues; have rich compliance management experience, meeting the requirements for customer audits, visits, and inspections at any time; prioritize housekeeping on-site with strong execution abilities.
• Team Building Skills: Deep understanding of workshop team management, able to handle affairs fairly and justly, balance and coordinate work between teams and engineers, and provide suggestions for front-line team echelon construction.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, adept at communicating and collaborating with personnel at different levels, mobilizing internal and external resources to solve various issues in workshop operations.
• Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
• Overall Perspective: Have a certain level of insight and development vision, capable of solving workshop issues from the perspective of a workshop director.
• Summary and Expression Skills: Able to update and iterate production-related documents, with the capability to summarize and report (e.g., various summary PPTs and deviation reports).
