We are looking for compassionate and skilled Associate Counsellors to join our growing team.

Our selection process is intentionally careful—not to exclude, but to ensure that every counsellor who joins us is positioned to thrive.

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Counselling from a recognized university

MUST: Registered Counsellor or Provisional Clinical Membership with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)

At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience, preferably in a mental health setting

Proficiency with technology and a stable internet connection for conducting online sessions.
