Eurex Clearing provides its services for derivatives, equities, OTC and fixed income products, bonds and secured funding and securities financing market. We stand between the buyer and the seller, which makes us central counterparty for all our client’s transactions. We mitigate counterparty risk and maximize operational efficiency. Our one-stop shop offering combines seamless post-trade services, efficient collateral and delivery management with an industry leading risk management. The product universe that is covered by the Clearing & Risk Operations team in Singapore includes FX, listed Fixed Income derivatives and listed Equity Index derivatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Support compliant and efficient clearing house operations of Eurex Clearing AG
• Operate the clearing and risk management systems of Eurex Clearing for FX, listed Fixed Income derivatives and listed Equity Index derivatives
• Manage Eurex Clearing’s risk positions on a day-to-day basis
• Execution of standardised clearing processes
• Validation and approval of customer instruction as part of the cash and collateral management
• Reconciliation of cash and collateral accounts
• Transaction processing within the default management process
• Maintenance and functional support regarding user related reference data in the clearing and trading systems
• Supervision of the Eurex Clearing simulation environments
• First level support and helpdesk for clearing members

Your Profile

• University degree in economics/business administration or mathematics and/or a comparable training with professional experience
• Knowledge about financial risk management and clearing for derivatives markets, FX, Fixed Income and Equity.
• Creativity, solution-orientation and analytical skills
• Reliability, high degree in flexibility and a strong customer focus and the ability to work independently under pressure
• Knowledge about databases and SQL would be a plus
• Ability to communicate in German to facilitate operation and services between our global entities.
• Dedication, team and communication skills as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile
• Working on rotating shift work may be required
