Job Responsibilities:

• Procurement and Manage on all materials assigned ensuring continuity and smooth of supply to production

• Support MP & NPI Projects in sourcing, negotiation on most competitive prices with shortest material lead time

• Support Engineering & Quote Team ensuring the prices are submitted accurately & on time

• Manage and ensure active purchase items reflect latest approved target price in system

• Drive suppliers OTD, overall performance and cost savings towards the KPI target

• Upkeep and maintain Procurement Procedure in compliance with Corporate Policy and ISO Requirements.

• Perform and attend to internal and external audits.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or Diploma holder with relevant qualifications (Supply Chain, Procurement/Purchasing & Materials Management)

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing industry

• Conversant in MRP (Oracle) systems or similar

• Proficient in MS Office

• A good team player with good communication, good negotiation and strong analytical skills

• Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against tight deadlines
