• Create a safe and comforting space that supports infants’ well-being and development
• Apply the 3Rs (Respect, Reciprocal, Responsive) approach to build trusting relationships with infants and caregivers
• Assist with implementing stimulating, age-appropriate activities to foster holistic growth
• Uphold stringent hygiene and safety protocols to safeguard infant health
• Build strong partnerships with parents through transparent communication and active participation in family engagement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Min 1 years experience with new borns/infants
