We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Shop Manager to join our growing team at The Plant Factory / The Flower Factory. You will help oversee daily retail operations, manage staff, and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless and inspiring shopping experience surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Shop Manager in daily operations, sales, and inventory management
• Supervise and train retail staff to uphold high service standards
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Assist with customer orders, flower arrangements, and plant displays
• Handle POS transactions, supplier coordination, and basic reporting

Requirements:

• Prior retail or floral/plant experience preferred
• Strong sense of design and attention to detail
• Responsible, organised, and customer-oriented
• Comfortable working weekends and retail hours
