About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of software and system integration projects within the Defence sector.

In this role, you will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to develop, test, and deploy software applications. You will play a key role in coordinating project execution, ensuring delivery timelines, and maintaining system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development and system integration projects
• Oversee system design, development processes, and integration activities
• Monitor system performance during installation, configuration, and testing phases
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (software and hardware engineers) to ensure system reliability and optimization
• Provide direction to engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
