• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets
• Ensure production schedules are followed
• Monitor workflow and adjust manpower or resources when needed
• Supervise and guide production operators
• Ensure products meet company quality standards
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team
• Investigate production defects and implement corrective actions
• Maintain proper documentation for audits
• Enforce workplace safety regulations
• Coordinate with planning and supply chain teams
• Prepare production reports
• Maintain production records and inventory usage

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a production executive/leader

Able to travel to different location when needed

Diploma in engineering or manufacturing
