• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in managing post-contract activities and procurement administration for fast-track projects.
• Oversee project budgeting, cash flow control, cost monitoring, claim processing, contract payments, and final account settlements.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and award contracts in alignment with project budgets.
• Administer and monitor contractual matters, including progress claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and loss and expense claims.
• Prepare monthly cost and progress reports to support financial tracking and forecasting.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues and ensure full contract compliance.
• Assist with contract reviews, procurement strategies, and risk management planning.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments, variation order submissions, and final accounts.
• Support value engineering initiatives and cost-saving measures across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with main contract terms, SIA, PSSCOC, and all relevant regulatory standards.
• Participate in site meetings, audits, and final handovers relating to commercial deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Familiar with standard forms of contract used in Singapore (e.g. SIA, PSSCOC, REDAS)
