• Prepare and maintain the accuracy and integrity of its private limited financial statements and financial processes, including cash flow monitoring and treasury related matters.
• Lead corporate secretarial records, delegation of authority, and adherence to internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of management reporting and financial statements.
• Preparation of tax and GST computation.
• Assist in periodical financial reporting and ad hoc reports as required, and liaise with internal/external auditors/tax agents.

You should have:

• Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• A minimum of 5 years work experience, and familiarity with SFRS
• Audit experience is preferred and prior experience working in a real estate or property management companies will be an added advantage
• Meticulous and driven with strong analytical skills
