Assistant Manager, Finance Operations

Support the Finance Operations team to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and efficient finance processes while working closely with Finance Business Partners, project teams, and central finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 📊

• Perform month-end closing, financial tracking and reporting
• Prepare accruals, journals, cost allocations and variance checks
• Support purchase order lifecycle, fixed assets tagging and finance queries
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Support UAT testing, SOP documentation and system enhancements
• Work with stakeholders to resolve operational finance issues

Requirements 🎓

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or related qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance operations, accounting, reporting or audit
• Experience in technology, public sector or large organisations is a plus

Skills & Tools 💻

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, Tableau or dashboards
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems preferred
• Basic Python, VBA or Power Automate is an advantage
