Key Highlights:

  • Office Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30–6:00 | Fri 8:30–5:30
  • Nearest MRT: Buona Vista
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days WFO)
  • Contract: 7 months (Start July)
  • Join to support research grant administration, policy execution, and stakeholder engagement in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretariat support for research grant schemes, including running grant calls and convening evaluation panels
  • Execute policies and processes for grant administration
  • Communicate grant policies and procedures to public sector research performers
  • Liaise with grantees on pre-award and post-award matters
  • Ensure timely submission of progress reports to Coordinating Offices
  • Monitor cashflow and budget utilization for awarded projects

Key Requirements:

  • Good tertiary degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in public sector policy, planning, or governance roles
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and systems thinking skills
  • Resourceful, independent, and able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preferably has research grant administration experience from a grantor’s perspective
  • Strong time management and attention to detail (meticulous)
  • Interest in governance, policy, and R&D sector initiatives
