You will support the various initiatives in the Division of Medicine and the Medicine Academic Clinical Programmes (ACP) by providing administrative support to the Departments in their pursuit of education, research and clinical care missions. You will also continuously review projects to improve patient care and safety, as well as processes to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Division.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially in advanced MS Excel)

• Knowledge and experience in Tableau, programming languages such as R and Python, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be an advantage

• Good interpersonal skills, team player who is able to work independently

• Excellent organisational skills
