Partnership with corporations and ecosystem enablers is essential to avail resources that support startup development and growth. As the Assistant Manager/ Manager for Partnership, your portfolio entails:

1. Analysing emerging startup developmental and growth needs and identifying potential partners to address these needs.
2. Engaging and negotiating with corporations/ ecosystem enablers to forge commercial or strategic partnerships. This includes developing partnership and sponsorship agreements of strategic value to both ACE.SG and the corporations/ ecosystem enablers.
3. Conceptualising and coordinating programmes agreed with corporations and ecosystem enablers. Such programmes can include co-innovation activities, workshops and clinics, etc. to maximise the outreach to target startup segments.
4. Tracking of budget and outcomes achieved from partnership projects, including the review of performance indicators for the partnerships.
5. Maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners to create opportunities in driving activities beneficial for startup development and growth.
6. Managing or participating in any projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with the relevant skills sets may also apply.
• You are obsessed with details and display unquestionable work ethics.
• A plus to have some domain knowledge of the startup scene, but more importantly you have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
