As an Assistant Manager / Manager with the Communications & Engagement team, you will be tasked to manage ACE.SG’s corporate image and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. These include

1. Providing communications support and advice to internal teams, ensuring consistency in messaging and outreach strategies.
2. Executing communication plans to promote ACE.SG initiatives and programmes, ensuring impactful storylines, pre-event marketing to encourage event sign-ups, and post-event engagement through recaps andcontent highlights.
3. Developing and executing strategies to enhance ACE.SG’s presence across social media platforms and marketing channels, including social media campaigns, EDMs, video filming and editing, and websiteupdates.
4. Draft press releases and media materials and ensure alignment of strategic messaging across all channels.
5. Provide secretariat support for the ACE.SG Women Entrepreneurship Committee (WEC), including preparing for meetings, facilitating communication among members, and organising events related to WEC.
6. Manage stakeholder communications by responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner to maintain strong relationships.
7. Front or participate in any Special Projects or undertake any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with the relevant skills sets may also apply.
• You are obsessed with details and display unquestionable work ethics.
• A plus to have some domain knowledge of the startup scene, but more importantly you have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
