The location is at Novena, Healthcare Sector.

Salary: $5,000 to $5,800

Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5.30 pm

Saturday – 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

• Oversee daily site operations, maintenance, and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and legislative standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and manage fault reporting.
• Lead and develop engineering teams, including training and performance management.
• Coordinate resources to meet operational needs and client expectations.
• Manage budgets, monitor P&L, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Attend client and partner meetings, fostering positive stakeholder relationships.
• Act as Duty Manager during incidents and support strategic team development.
• Maintain accurate reporting for timesheets, expenses, and compliance records.
