· Assist Contracts Manager to lead and manage a team of QS

· Oversee Main/Sub-contract administration

· Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts

· Monitor Sub-contract payment, Variation Order Pursuant, Engineer Direction defense

· Project and Sub-Contract Final Account

· Claims for additional payment and EOT

· Safeguard company contractual rights

· In charge of tender submission
