Responsibilities:

• Assemble precision mechanical components, frames, panels, and sub-modules in accordance with engineering drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and customer work instructions.
• Perform alignment, fastening, torquing, levelling, and adjustments to meet tight tolerance requirements.
• Operate calibrated hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and measuring gauges accurately.
• Support module integration activities and pre-shipment preparation.
• Execute in-process quality inspections and basic functional verification checks.
• Accurately complete production travellers (MRs), checklists, and traceability documentation.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving non-conformances (NCRs).

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure full compliance with customer quality requirements, ISO 9001 standards, and internal QMS procedures.
• Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols including gowning, ESD control, FOD prevention, and proper material handling.
• Handle sensitive semiconductor components carefully to prevent particle contamination, ESD, chemical, or mechanical damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, fixtures, and assembled components.
• Any Ad hoc jobs assigned by the leader

Requirements

• ITE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in precision mechanical assembly
• Prior experience in semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, or high-precision contract manufacturing preferred
• Exposure to cleanroom manufacturing environments is highly desirable
