Job Description
JobTitle: Assistant to Relationship Manager– Private Banking
RoleOverview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to provide administrative and client servicing support to Relationship Managers (RMs)within the Private Banking front office. The role involves close interaction with high-net-worth clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and client servicing support to Relationship Managers handling Private Banking clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and instructions, ensuring timely resolution of requests and issues.
- Monitor client account activities and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support RMs in delivering financial advisory services, including preparation of relevant documentation and materials.
- Maintain and update client records, reports, and databases, including contact details, account information, credit facilities, and review statuses.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, arranging travel, and developing presentation materials.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Product Teams, Operations, and other functional units to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions, preferably in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of financial products and banking services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Resilient, empathetic, and service-oriented approach to client engagement.
- CACS certification is preferred.
