Area Sales Manager

Our Client, from a luxury brand is looking to hire an experienced Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and exceed revenue targets in alignment with agreed sales plans and objectives.
• Represent the brand as a strong ambassador across assigned markets, supporting overall brand positioning and growth strategy.
• Contribute to the development and execution of market expansion strategies within the assigned territory.
• Support the successful launch of new collections while ensuring consistent product replenishment and availability.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities and business growth.
• Partner with customers to identify expansion opportunities and enhance the brand’s presence within their stores.
• Deliver comprehensive product, brand, and marketing training sessions to customers to drive sell-out performance.

Requirements:

• Strong achievement orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of on-the-field sales experience.
• Background in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments is an advantage.
• Solid sales foundation with hands-on exposure to Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising execution.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within Southeast Asia (SEA).
