• Oversee the progress and quality of all architectural works.
• Support the Project Manager in scheduling and planning for the calling of quotations from subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure drawings and information issued for quotations accurately reflect site requirements and any client or consultant amendments; prepare supplementary sketches or drawings when needed.
• Review architectural drawings alongside structural and M&E drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with consultants to address design conflicts and update the Project Manager and Contracts team on variations from specifications or drawings.
• Ensure all trades work in the correct sequence and maintain accurate dimensions, alignment, levels, and setting-out.
• Assist the Site Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in identifying required finishing materials (e.g., tiles) for quotation and procurement.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time and collaborate with the Project Manager on storage planning.
• Coordinate, monitor, and support subcontractors by conducting regular progress meetings.
• Assign tasks to architectural supervisors and track their progress, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Attend consultant site meetings, technical discussions, and subcontractor meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Preferable 3 years of experience in an architectural firm or construction company.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
