Jobscope :

- Prepare architectural drawings for authority submission in compliance with CORENET standards and statutory requirements

- Produce coordinated plans, sections, elevations, and area computations suitable for submission approval

- Develop tender documentation including fully dimensioned drawings, schedules, and finishes plans for contractor pricing

- Prepare construction-level architectural detailing to support buildability and design intent

- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants

- Incorporate authority comments, revisions, and resubmissions

- Maintain drawing standards, layering protocols, and revision control

- Issue drawing packages for submission, tender, and construction phases

- Support ongoing project coordination and as-built updates where required

Candidate Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural drafting experience

- Strong working knowledge of Singapore authority submission standards (CORENET)

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

- Familiarity with BIM software (preferred)

- Experience producing tender and construction documentation

- Ability to interpret architectural design intent into technical drawings

- Good coordination skills with multi-disciplinary consultants

- High attention to detail and drawing accuracy

- Familiarity with construction detailing and material interfaces

- Ability to manage revisions under project timelines
