Job Summary

Seeking an Architectural Designer skilled in SketchUp to contribute to residential private house projects. You will independently develop concepts, execute space planning, and deliver detailed design documentation using AutoCAD and SketchUp, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and schematic design to create innovative residential architectural solutions
• Produce detailed CAD/3D models and BIM deliverables to support design accuracy and coordination
• Develop technical detailing and production drawings that comply with building codes and standards
• Collaborate effectively with architecture, structural, and MEP project teams to ensure integrated design outcomes
• Prepare comprehensive design documentation, presentations, and participate in client meetings to communicate design intent
• Ensure all designs meet relevant code compliance and building standards for residential projects
• Create graphic presentations and visualizations, including renderings and diagrams, to enhance client understanding
• Provide construction administration support to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve design queries
• Apply space planning skills to optimize residential layouts for functionality and aesthetics
• Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp software proficiently to deliver high-quality design outputs
