Job Description

• Interpret contract specifications, architectural standards, and designs for construction
• Organise and lead meetings for design and construction; monitor and manage budgets; write reports; and carry out additional administrative duties associated with the projects that are allocated
• Oversee architectural planning, consulting coordination, and document control, including tracking sample submissions and drawing approval status
• Coordinate, organise and prepare construction and architectural documents and drawings
• Oversee architectural projects, communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding architectural issues, and guarantee the highest levels of architectural workmanship
• Provide the architectural designers with technical guidance on building requirements
• Organize and/or participate in subcontractor and consultant meetings

Requirements

• Min diploma in engineering
• Min 3 years of construction experience
