Responsibilities:

· Knowledge of fundamental principles and practices of architecture, construction materials and methods, and building codes;

· Research on materials, methods, and construction techniques;

· Interpret design concept and translating them into workable solution and ensure design quality and authority compliance;

· Conceptualize and present design proposal;

· Assist and support Architect in executing multiple architectural projects;

· Assist in tender drawings and material specifications;

· Assist in liaising and coordinating with consultants and contractors;

· Assist project Architect on site implementation.

Requirements:

· Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent, registrable with Board of Architects, Singapore;

· Well-verse in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;

· Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;

· Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage;
