Job Description

Generate billings, process credit notes and refunds;
Handle customers' enquiries regarding billings;
Year-end accruals and monthly revenue adjustments;
Monitor collections of outstanding invoices
Ensure credit card receipts are successfully collected and correctly interfaced to the accounting system;
Prepare monthly reconciliation reports;
Back-up for collections and receipting.
