Appointment Setter/Telemarketer

The role focuses on making outbound calls to potential clients from our provided leads. Your primary responsibility will be appointment setting for our financial consultants. Please note that no selling over the phone is required — your job is to engage prospects, introduce our financial products briefly, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
• Introduce financial products in a professional and concise manner.
• Set up appointments for the financial consultant team.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the database with customer information.
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Meet daily/weekly appointment targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and polite phone manner.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Prior telemarketing or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
• Able to work during the stated hours (2 PM – 7 PM).
