- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their effective integration with backend services.

- Provide technical leadership, direction, and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Mentor and support junior developers and architects to foster technical capability and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to established development standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve solution design.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across application layers.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with secure coding standards.
- Actively participate in Agile development processes, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture, design, and operational materials.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant standards and policies.
- Implement automated testing practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to clarify project scope and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing the technical and system requirements lifecycle, from conceptual product vision through to detailed system and technical specifications.
- Strong business and technical domain knowledge in consumer banking products and services, including retail banking, middleware and payment systems, and internet banking platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to validate the feasibility of user requirements and provide support to business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation phases.
- Proven experience collaborating with IT teams to resolve technical issues and working closely with Solution Architects and system teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Overall 10–15 years of experience in software design, development, and system architecture.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
- Ability to interpret business requirements accurately and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern collaborative development practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery environments.
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proven capability to mentor and guide junior developers and technical team members.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices, including performance optimization, security, and maintainability.
