The Role

We are looking for an innovative Android Flutter Engineer to join our core R&D team. In this role, you will help define the next generation of AI-native Desktop and Automotive interfaces.

You will move beyond building traditional, static screens. Instead, you will engineer highly adaptive, performance-critical user experiences that seamlessly blend the flexibility of

Web concepts

with the raw speed of Native execution. You will play a key role in prototyping and engineering the foundational layer of our new display technology, requiring a unique mix of Flutter expertise and architectural creativity.

  Key Responsibilities

• Next-Gen Interface Development: Develop robust, high-fidelity implementations of AI-driven interfaces for Desktop and In-Car environments.
• Hybrid Architecture Implementation: Leverage your deep understanding of Web standards (HTML) to implement novel UI rendering strategies within a Flutter environment, bridging the gap between platform capabilities.
• Performance Engineering: Ensure "Butter Smooth" performance (60fps+) even in complex, data-heavy scenarios. You will focus heavily on memory optimization and rendering efficiency.
• Cross-Platform Innovation: Conduct R&D on emerging technologies (such as Compose Multiplatform) to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge and adaptable to future OS platforms.
• Rapid Prototyping: Work closely with the AI team to quickly turn conceptual ideas into functional, interactive proofs-of-concept.

  Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional development experience with Flutter.
• Technical Proficiency:Deep expertise in Dart, particularly Asynchronous Programming (Streams, Isolates, Futures).Strong command of State Management patterns (Bloc or Provider).Solid knowledge of HTML programming and Web architecture (essential for our unique hybrid approach).
• Optimization Skills: Proven experience with performance profiling (DevTools), frame optimization, and memory management.
• Adaptability: Experience working in WebView/Hybrid environments is a strong plus.
• Fluent Chinese communication skills enabling close collaboration with China-based teams

  Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Automotive/System Experience: Familiarity with Android Automotive OS (AAOS), large-screen adaptations, or desktop application development.
• Emerging Tech: Hands-on experience or side projects using Compose Multiplatform (KMP).
• Hybrid Rendering: Experience dealing with complex interactions between Native code and Web content.
