Job Description

The opportunity:
• Start as a top-performing sales executive with an immediate path to team leadership
• After 1-2 months of hitting targets, you move into training and developing newer sales team members
• You're not just closing deals — you're building a culture, setting standards, and showing people how it's done
• Overseas market exposure + leadership development trips(team stays in regional markets, deeper immersion)
Day-to-day:
• 60% client-facing (you still sell — no "manager jail")
• 40% mentorship, team strategy, campaign development
• You own your client list + you own training your squad
• Work closely with management on business development strategy
