Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, etc.
• Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination.
• Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system.
• Perform daily HR administrative duties.
• Handle work pass-related matters.
• Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.
• Carry out office administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing is essential.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
