Job Description
Location: Changi Airport (Nearest MRT: Changi Airport)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break):
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Support Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays)
Shift details will be explained during the screening call. Candidates cannot choose preferred shifts.
Basic Salary: Up to $2,631 per month
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site assistance to international travellers with submission of forms on SG Arrival Card and Electronic Health Declaration Card
- Guide travellers in using automated lanes
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Levels
- Able to stand for long hours throughout the shift
- Open to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
- Entry-level applicants are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided
