Job Description & Requirements

• Execute AWB based on client and customer service instructions and comply to terminal/airline requirement.
• Handle inbound or outbound shipment documents.
• Attend to customers’ request via email and telephone call wherever necessary.
• Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly (sense of urgency) and provide possible suggestions / solutions or assist with recovery actions whenever possible.
• Teamwork capabilities with communication and understanding of workflow.
• Take on additional tasks delegated by Department Supervisor/ Manager.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Import or Export shipping documentation
• 1-2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding company
• Able to perform given tasks efficiently and meet the deadline given by supervisor/manager
• Team worker
• With permit declaration knowledge of Costing and Billing is an added advantage.
• 5.5days per week (routine with team after probation
