📌 Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced or junior-level aviation professional with an Aircraft Maintenance License to join a regulated aerospace maintenance environment. The role focuses on ensuring aircraft airworthiness compliance, documentation accuracy, and quality assurance oversight across maintenance operations.

Candidates with fresh licensing (no aircraft type rating required) are welcome to apply.

✈️ Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external aviation representatives on maintenance documentation and certification requirements
• Ensure aircraft documentation compliance, including registration, airworthiness certification, radio licensing, insurance, and related regulatory documents
• Perform scheduled internal audits in accordance with the approved quality audit programme
• Investigate operational incidents, technical findings, customer feedback, and warranty-related cases
• Conduct in-process surveillance checks to ensure proper maintenance standards, documentation accuracy, and housekeeping compliance
• Support review and implementation of airworthiness directives and regulatory updates
• Monitor corrective actions from surveillance findings and ensure timely closure
• Assist in evaluating procedural updates for contracted aviation operators
• Consolidate KPI reports related to aircraft surveillance and quality performance
• Support any additional tasks assigned by Quality Management

🎯 Requirements

• Possess a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License issued by CAAS or equivalent authority
  (e.g. FAA A&P or other internationally recognised aviation licensing bodies)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance or aircraft engineering environment
• Diploma or higher in Engineering or related discipline
• Familiarity with airworthiness regulations and aviation quality systems (e.g. AS9110 standards)
• Ability to conduct audits (internal/external) will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated environment
• Fresh license holders may be considered for junior-level appointment
