Key Responsibilities :

• Be the main contact for customers about shipping questions, bookings, and tracking.
• Work with team members, carriers, and vendors to move cargo on time.
• Solve customer complaints quickly to improve their experience.
• Prepare and check shipping paperwork (like invoices and customs forms).
• Keep an eye on shipments and update customers if anything changes.
• Help with pricing and quotes for shipping services.
• Keep customer records up to date in the system.
• Follow all shipping laws, customs rules, and company guidelines.
• Help the sales team with customer questions and support.
