Job Description:

• Install and commission rotary screw, reciprocating, and oil-free air compressors.
• Install associated equipment such as air dryers, filters, air receivers, and compressed air piping systems.
• Conduct system testing, performance checks, and handover to clients.
• Ensure compliance with MOM WSH regulations and relevant Singapore Standards.
• Perform scheduled servicing and replacement of consumables (oil, filters, separators).
• Inspect motors, VSD drives, control panels, belts, and safety devices.
• Record operating parameters and maintain proper service documentation.
• Support energy efficiency and system optimization initiatives.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control faults.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and control schematics.
• Provide timely response to breakdown calls and emergency service requests.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective measures.

Requirements：

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in compressor servicing or industrial equipment maintenance in Singapore.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of air compressors and PLC systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent service calls.
