• Full spectrum of air & sea freight import/export shipments processing and arrangement
• co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, carriers/airlines, NVOCC, co-loaders) on shipments booking/clearance/delivery.
• Liaise with service providers and customers on shipments arrangement
• Monitoring and following up of shipments status regularly.
• Understand customs process and procedures
• Process import/export permits
• Attending to phone calls
• Processing shipments via EDI software
• Arranging local handling services
• Process monthly reports and shipments invoices

Job Requirements

• Diploma in logistics and supply chain management
• Basic shipping / logistics knowledge and experience
• Positive good attitude
• Working at Ubi area
• Salary: $2800 - $3300
• Flexible working hours
