Key Responsibilities
• Design and deploy AI agents to address real business use cases across various industries
• Work across integrations, data pipelines, and system architectures to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementations
• Analyse complex workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and communication systems
• Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of AI solutions in production environments
• For specialists, contribute deep expertise in areas such as telephony architecture or specific integration domains

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation roles
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data workflows
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation tools, or agent-based systems is an advantage
• Ability to break down complex problems and design practical, scalable solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
