• Collaborate with business users, data scientists, developers and engineers to develop and deliver AI/ML products for LLM chatbots, forecasting, NLP and OCR, agentic AI use cases.

• Research, design, build and test scalable AI/ML (Traditional, Generative, Agentic) pipelines and system for data preprocessing, model training, RAG, evaluation and deployment to serve automate decision making and generate insights.

• Integrate AI/ ML products into applications using APIs (e.g. RESTful) and microservices (e.g. implemented with FAST).

• Work with DevSecOps team to containerise AI/ML models (e.g. OCI-compliant container, Red Hat UBI) and support CI/CD workflows.

• Adopt proven software engineering practices such as code reviews and test-driven development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in AI/ML model development and deployment

• Strong understanding of AI/ML Ops practices and tools like, enterprise project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or custom PM systems), AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker), API integration and data pipeline tools, and search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, vector databases, semantic search).

• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise systems (especially NLP, rule engines, predictive analytics), workflow automation, system integration, data modelling, intelligent assistant or chatbot development (e.g., using LLMs, RAG architectures).

• Strong proficiency and hands on experience in large language models, agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain or similar), prompt engineering, API integration, and knowledge of model evaluation, orchestration, and production deployment practices.

• Experience with working with DevSecOps teams in deploying (and troubleshooting) AI solutions using various tools and platforms, including containers via tools such as Redhat Openshift Container Platform and Docker.

• Knowledge of GPU cluster architecture and ability to optimise workloads such as LLM inferencing in both Windows and Linux environments is a plus.

• Understanding of project lifecycle management, governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., QMS, GxP, ISO standards) is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers) and coding in either Python, Node.JS, Java. 

• Proficiency in web application development is a plus. E.g. Proficiency in Svelte or other node related frameworks for the frontend. Experience implementing UI elements with Figma.

• Ability and the drive to learn new programming languages/frameworks, techniques and to work closely with different groups of users, external contractors and/or subject matter experts.
