• Position Title: After School Care Therapist
• Working Location: Paya Lebar
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $2,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and care for children and youth.
• Assist students with daily living activities, including toileting and showering.
• Support students with homework and provide additional academic revision.
• Implement and manage behavioral strategies to support positive student behavior.
• Facilitate social skills activities to encourage peer interaction and communication.
• Plan and organize community outings and leisure activities to promote independence.

• Experience working with children and youths with special needs, including autism and learning difficulties.
• Passionate about working with special needs individuals in a nurturing and respectful manner.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks (toileting, changing, showering) when required.
• Strong communication and behavior management skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Relevant qualifications in Special Education, Psychology, or related fields are an advantage.
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
