Job Purpose

The After‑Sales Service Technician is a hands‑on field role responsible for execution of maintenance, repair and warranty work on Allegion products (automatic doors, door operators, door hardware and related systems). The technician ensures safe, reliable operation for customers through timely on‑site response, effective corrective and preventive maintenance, accurate reporting and strong customer service.

Key Accountabilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform repairs, part replacements, mechanical adjustments and electrical tasks to restore safe operation.
• Execute scheduled maintenance visits per service contracts
• Record inspection results and recommend spare‑parts replacement or upgrades to prevent recurrence.
• Assist with commissioning tasks and final adjustments under guidance
• Provide clear, professional communication to customers on site
• Support user handover and provide basic operation/maintenance training to end users and facility staff.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in a customer service or after-sales service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Singapore driving license and willingness to travel frequently across sites in Singapore.
• Good customer service attitude.
• Possesses valid Singapore driver’s license.
