Job Posting: Clinic Assistant (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Handle patient enquiries and phone calls professionally.
• Register patients using clinic management software.
• Schedule and update patient appointments.
• Monitor and replenish clinic supplies as needed.
• Assist the doctor with treatments, including operating machines.
• Perform general administrative duties as instructed by the doctor or management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the aesthetic/beauty industry is an advantage, but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
• Friendly, cheerful, and service-oriented personality.
• Willing to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Minimum education requirement: ‘N’ or ‘ O ’ level. Must be able to converse in English.
• Eager to learn, responsible, hardworking and a team player.
