Job Description
📍 Location: Kent Ridge
🕒 Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30 am – 6.00 pm; Fridays : 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
💰 Salary: $2580
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 8-months contract
Job Description:
Handle Admissions and Scholarships enquiries via email and telephone
Attend walk-in Admissions and Scholarships enquiries (if required)
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Specific Requirements:
GCE A-Level / Diploma or equivalent preferred
Relevant working experience in a Contact Centre or education sector is an advantage
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills (Fluent in English)
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, IE) and Zoom
