• Handle the full admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
• Respond to parents’ enquiries and provide information on programs and requirements.
• Arrange and assist with student assessments or interviews.
• Support and take part in open houses, school tours, and outreach events.
• Maintain and update applicant records in the admissions system.
• Guide parents through the enrolment process and address their questions.
• Work closely with teachers, admin, and marketing teams to support admissions goals.
• Represent the school positively at events and to the community.

Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm Saturdays
