Job Responsibilities:

• Generating sales order, generating invoices, filing of paperwork and input of data into the company's data system.
• Monitor deadlines. Ensure that cases are completed, packed and sent out on time.
• Establish brand presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram. Create content to keep the platforms active & respond to inquiries on these platforms
• Check that all components belong to the respective patient, and that the paperwork such as invoices and memos to and from dentists are enclosed in the box.
• Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups with the courier
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• No experience required. On job training provided
• Communicate well in both spoken and written English; the job requires frequent conversations with English-speaking clients
