Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our law firm. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, willing to learn, and looking to gain working experience in a legal office environment. Part-time applicants such as return-to-work mothers, mid-career switchers, or students with flexible schedules are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
· Answer phone calls and handle basic inquiries
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
· Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
· Assist with photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
· Provide administrative support to legal and accounts team
· Perform errands or office supply runs occasionally
Requirements
· No prior experience required — training will be provided
· Minimum ‘O’ Level / NITEC or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Organised, punctual, and able to multitask
· Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
