Job Description
We are a licensed Singapore Employment Agency seeking a capable and responsible Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment and operational activities.
This role is operations-focused and does not involve sales or cold calling making it ideal for candidates who prefer a flexible work-from-home arrangement.
The successful candidate must be eligible to register as EA Personnel with MOM.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle MOM Work Pass applications, renewals and issuance
• Prepare and compile candidate CVs / biodata using company templates
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and digital filing systems
• Coordinate worker onboarding arrangements and bookings
• Prepare and send quotations to clients
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients
• Track invoice payments and outstanding invoices
• Assist with payroll preparation and salary records
• Monitor staff attendance and timesheets
• Support daily recruitment and administrative operations
Mandatory Requirements
• CEI Certificate (compulsory)
• Must be able to register as Other EA Personnel with MOM
• Prior experience working in a Singapore Employment Agency or recruitment environment
• Familiar with MOM work pass processes
• Familiar with software such as Xero and Payboy
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and accuracy
• Able to work independently and manage tasks remotely
Work Arrangement
Work From Home
Flexible working hours
Candidate must be available during month end to handle payroll, invoicing and reporting tasks.
