• Track and update work permit approvals, shop drawing responses, and flag delays for timely follow-up.

• Collate weekly site progress reports by coordinating with project in-charges and manage weekly Zoom meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of IOM and LOA reference numbers, and update IOM monitoring and control lists with budget, PTE, and receipt details.

• Assist in processing local vendor and subcontractor payments, including verification of documents and preparation of IPVs for endorsement.

• Support petty cash claims and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth payment and documentation workflows.

Requirement:

• With more than 2+ working experience as an admin
