• Bookkeeping & Cash Management: Daily collection and counting of cash from vending and machines, reconciling cash with POS system records, and preparing bank deposits.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing weekly/monthly reports on revenue, operational metrics, and expenses to track performance against goals.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Planning budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying ways to reduce costs (e.g., detergent usage, energy efficiency).
• Accounts Payable: Managing invoices for suppliers, utilities, and services. 

2. Operational & Staff Management

• Staff Scheduling & Payroll: Creating staff rosters to cover operational needs and managing payroll for employees.
• Training & Supervision: Hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure consistent quality in washing, folding, and customer service.
• Performance Evaluation: Conducting appraisals, motivating staff, and implementing disciplinary measures if necessary.
• Service Standards: Ensuring wash-and-fold services meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time. 

3. Inventory & Facility Management

• Inventory Control: Monitoring and ordering soap, detergents, hangers, and other supplies to prevent stockouts.
• Maintenance Scheduling: While they may not do the repairs, they coordinate with technicians and track preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Facility Cleanliness: Ensuring the store, machines, and restrooms are clean, safe, and well-presented.
